CORVALLIS — Thurston defeated Crescent Valley 61-45 on Saturday in a makeup girls basketball game at the CV gym. Hannah Doran had 14 points to lead the Raiders (1-5).

CV plays its next game on Monday at a tournament in Gillette, Wyo.

LAKE OSWEGO —West Albany played its first game in two weeks after four cancellations due to weather.

“That may have had something to do with our cold shooting in the first half,” said West Albany coach Craig Swanson as the Bulldogs put up only 13 points before the break.

The Bulldogs (3-3) host Parkrose in the Pink Ribbon Tournament on Monday.

Avery Robinson led the Raiders (2-3) with 16 points; Logan Cooper added 12 and Colby Eason 11. Colton Kelsey had nine rebounds.

CV plays Thurston at 4:30 p.m. Monday at the Wilsonville tournament.
