LEBANON — The Lebanon Police Department is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the safe return of three children allegedly abducted by their noncustodial parents.
Police have been asking for the public’s help in finding the children since last weekend.
Missing are: Izaya Payne, a 4-year-old boy; Isacc Agosto Payne, a 2-year-old boy; and Saije Payne, a 9-year-old girl.
Anyone with information about the children’s whereabout is asked to call Lebanon Police Sgt. Kevin Martinez at 258-4305, or local law enforcement.
The Oregon Department of Human Services had taken the children into temporary protective custody and placed them with a relative.
According to police, the parents, Charles Agosto and Julia Payne, allegedly took the children from a home at 800 Harrison St. at about 1:30 a.m. Saturday.
The family has not been seen since, and they are believed to have left the Lebanon area.
The vehicle believed to be associated with the family is a black 1984 Cadillac Eldorado with Oregon license ZXN 447.
An Amber Alert was not issued for the children, but more photos and information can be found on America’s Most Wanted website, www.amw.com.
