Corvallis Montessori School is holding a gala auction at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Corvallis Country Club. The auction marks two important anniversaries, including 40 years of Corvallis Montessori serving local children, and 100 years since Montessori education was first introduced.

The event features a dinner, wine, music, dancing and bidding hosted by auctioneer Pat Wood Brothers, a third-generation Corvallis native, and her husband, also named Pat Brothers.

The auction includes more than 100 items and packages including vacation getaways, dinners and outdoor adventures, totaling more than $30,000 in value.

Tickets are $50 per person and are available by calling 753-2513.
