Volunteers spruce up Wildcat Park

A work party was held last weekend to restore Wildcat Park at Wilson Elementary. More than 50 volunteers from the Rotary Club of Corvallis, the Scouting community, and Wilson PTA helped on the project, which is being done by the Rotary Club, Wilson Elementary, and Bobby Rampton, as he completes requirements to become an Eagle Scout.

The second work party for this effort will be today from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Volunteers are asked to bring tools such as hammers, nail pullers, power drills and skill saws. All volunteers must be over 16 years of age.

For more information, call Bobby Rampton at 753-5170.
